"I phoned on Sunday night to make an amendment to the booking and was told that my address did not correspond to that which you already had and I could not be dealt with. I was given a number to try but when I did it was not available (bank holiday?)
When we arrived the receptionist was very pleasant.
The flooring in the bathroom was coming away from the bath. The bath was too slippery for a disabled person. There was no hair drier.
To go for a meal it was necessary to drive to the adjacent restaurants as it was too far for a disabled person to walk but I could find no signs showing the way for cars."
